Perry Kraft Gerhart, 77, of Breinigsville, PA, died at his second home in Fort Myers, Florida, of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis May 26, 2007.  He was the husband of Adele Kocher Gerhart.  Adele and Perry celebrated the 50th Anniversary of their engagement on February 14th 2007.  His education included a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel College in 1959 and a Surveying certification in 1977.  Careers included Electrical Engineer for Western Electric Company from which he honorably retired in 1989 and self employed land surveyor.  Survivors: Wife, Adele; son Corey Gerhart and his wife, Karen, of Ann Arbor, MI; daughter Mindy Vitale, of Laurel, Long Island, NY; grandchildren Mackenzie Gerhart and Tanner Gerhart of Ann Arbor, MI; and granddaughter Cady Lynn Vitale of Laurel, Long Island, NY; Sister Marion McCastle of Tucson, AZ.  Services: There will be no immediate services.  Contributions: May be made to the Hope Hospice and Community Services of Fort Myers, 9470 Health Park Circle Fort Myers, Florida 33908.  Phone: 1-800-835-1673.  Memorial donations can also be made online at: www.hopehospice.org/forms/donate.htm.
