FIT

total body workout combining stretching and building movements while
sitting.
We'll work you from head to toe to improve your circulation,
coordination,
balance, and toning of various muscles. All residents can benefit from

H2O CIRCUIT
TRAINING

This easy to
follow class
is a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training in
the
pool. An excellent way to develop
both strength and endurance as well as balance.
AQUA
FIT/ARTHRITIS

your cardiovascular system, strengthen your muscles, and increase

and balance. Specific exercises targeted for each joint. Class format

this quick 30 minute class is to strengthen your core muscle

try our deep-water exercise class using buoyancy apparatices. This class is great for those who have
trouble with the jolting of land based aerobics. Improve

SEATED

class uses weighted balls and hand weights while you are sitting so you

concentrate on strengthening your muscles.
TAI

Tai
Chi increases flexibility and muscle strength, enhances heart and lung
activity,
aligns posture and improves overall balance. Join
