MARCH BOOK TALK Update » The March book talk will feature Pat Broman of Junonia, who will review In the Sea There Are Crocodiles, by Fabio Geda. It's the true account of a remarkable boy who at the age of ten fled the Taliban and made his dangerous way alone through Iran, Turkey, and Greece on a grueling five-year journey to asylum in Italy. Now a young adult, his story has been recently published in English. Come hear this inspiring tale on March 27, 2:15, at the Social Center. Refreshments will be served. It's March – mockingbirds singing, flowering trees ready to burst into bloom, baseball teams ready for training – and our Annual Fund Drive. Your donations are the library’s only source of funds to buy the all the library items as well as the newspaper subscriptions and the Genealogy Library’s materials. We hope you will be able to give generously to keep your Shell Point library stocked with the newest media – books in regular size and large print, DVDs, and audio books.
