Palm Grill is located on the first floor of the Woodlands Commons and serves lunch and dinner with daily chef specials and house favorites. Attentive personal service complements the delicious meals served in this beautiful lakefront setting that is ideal for special occasions. Resort dinner attire is appropriate.

Chef Justin’s culinary career began at the young age of 13, when he started cooking at his parent’s restaurant in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. After relocating to Florida in 2010, he continued his training in some of Naples’ top country clubs – most notably, under the tutelage of a Ritz-Carlton chef for five years. He also worked alongside top chefs at the Grand Floridian, La Playa and Naples National.
Chef Justin joined Shell Point in 2017. After starting in the Banyan Grille, he transitioned to Kitchen Supervisor at Kings Crown before being promoted to Sous Chef at The Crystal, where he has developed his craft for the past three years.
“It’s a great honor to have been able to serve the residents on The Island for the last few years,” said Chef Justin. “I’m looking forward to continuing the traditions here at the Palm Grill in The Woodlands, while also introducing my own unique spin to things.
