UPS Services

Areas Served

  • We service shipping throughout the United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be best served by the US Postal service due to higher shipping costs.
  • We do not service APO's or Post Office boxes

UPS Services Offered

  • All levels of UPS services - Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air
  • UPS SurePost - for small packages, typically 30% cheaper than UPS Ground
  • Return packages can be sent ONLY if a UPS GROUND label is already attached.

Receipt/Charges

  • You will be provided a receipt with UPS tracking number and shipping charge amount.
  • Please confirm printed shipping label has correct destination address.
  • Shipping charges will be billed directly to the resident’s monthly account.

Shipping Requirements

  • No paper wrap, string, or rope
  • Glass and other fragile items sent at sender's risk.
  • Do not send cash.
  • We can assist with packing your shipment. Boxes and packing materials are available at UPS.
