The Resource Services team is here to provide residents with room reservations and set-up for activities, meetings, programs, private parties, court gatherings and other functions. Shell Point’s facilities can accommodate parties of up to 200 guests. The team will provide the necessary tables, chairs and linens for your function. We are also happy to provide all audio and visual needs for your specific event, including laptops, microphones and headset microphones. One of our friendly Resource Services team members will help to familiarize you with any equipment you are not comfortable with.

Planning a get-together with family and friends in your own home? We have tables and chairs available for personnel use in your own residence. Deliveries to resident apartments for these items are available for a $5 service charge. Please ensure that you call (239) 454-2291 at least three days in advance when requesting delivery services.
